With 25 convenient branches throughout the city, including the Recycled Reads used bookstore, a good book or a pleasant afternoon are never far from your Austin apartments. The Austin library system offers many useful services to its patrons. Computer workstations with internet access are available for up to 120 minutes per day system-wide, with some locations boasting 25 workstations or more.

Computer training classes are available at three library branches, including Faulk Central Library. Free tutoring is available for children in grades 1-12, and many branches host book clubs, comic clubs, performances, and storytime hours for children. Patrons of the Austin Public Library system can also access the 24-hour virtual library to download eBooks, newspapers, magazines, an audiobooks for free.
