St. Patty’s Day is right around the corner. One of my traditions is to make Shepherd’s Pie. This year, I am on a diet so I am going to try a meatless option. Want to try it too? Here is your shopping list.
- 6 medium Yukon gold potatoes,
- Kosher salt
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion,
- 3 large carrots,
- 2 stalks celery,
- 1 bunch baby turnips,
- 6 cloves garlic,
- Freshly ground pepper
- bunch fresh parsley,
- Worcestershire sauce
- unsalted butter
- veggie burgers or vegetarian protein crumbles
- milk or half-and-half
- Grated Parmesan cheese,
